T.G.I.F

Hey Everyone! 

Thank God Its Friday!  This week was fun filled, as usual! I made a little money and went to my Mimi's birthday party! Her Birthday was July 15th! We had a small family get together around the pool! It was really nice to just relax! I made her some of my famous paper bead necklaces, and needless to say she loved them! I am so thankful for her! She is a wonderful wife, sister, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend! She has taught me so much about life and relationships, and for that I TRULY thank her! She is constantly putting others before herself so she finally had  a day where it was all about her! I hope she had a wonderful birthday! I also mentioned a little money. I babysat a few days this week and had a great time with Carson and Sam! This weekend I don't have much planned, I just know I'm glad its Friday! I am so happy to be ending this week, but I cant wait to begin a new one! Next week I get to go to the spa and get a facial and a pedicure! HOW WONDERFUL! I have never been to the spa but my Daddy and Brandy got me a gift certificate for my birthday!  (in January) (don't ask me why I'm using it the day before it expires!)  So I am VERY excited about that! But other than the spa I don't have much planned!

Just Checking In...

Well, I know in my last post I told you all how excited I was to be going to the lake for the 4th of July, and how I would report back on Monday with amazing stories of 4th of July MADNESS! So I hate to tell you all that I did not go to the lake for the 4th as I had originally planned! I stayed here in good ol' NA to celebrate with my Mom (and that entire side of the family!) We ended up having a wonderful, and memorable time! I was so happy! Although, I WAS breaking tradition by staying, I had a wonderful time and would like to thank my Mom and my Grandparents for making that possible! I really enjoyed my 4th of July weekend! 

I also told you all that I was very disappointed because one of my best friends, Olivia, canceled on our 4th of July plans at the last minuet! Well, Olivia, being the best friend she is showed up at my doorstep at 10:00 p.m. last night to treat me to suprise late night ice cream run! So Olivia, thank you so much for taking me out last night! That was very special, and I really appreciated it! 

Now enough about the 4th of July! 

This week I am not really sure what I am going to do! Usually, during the week I babysit! However, Carson and her family are enjoying Charleston for the week! This has left my week open! So I've been bugging my Dad for a while to take me to shoot skeet at our barn! I have also bugged him to take me to the driving range to hit some golf balls! However, my busy baby sitting schedule doesn't usually leave me much time to do either. So this week my Dad has promised to take me to shoot skeet at the barn one day AND take me to the driving range another! So I am so excited about that! I am also excited about this weekend because I am with my Daddy and he has just informed me that my Uncle Randy got his boat working and this weekend we are going to the lake! I am SO excited about that! There is finally enough water in the lake to go tubing!

4th of July!

So this week has been SO busy! I got home from Hilton Head on Sunday, then Tuesday I was beach bound again... except this time I was heading to Edisto Island for our annual "day trip" to the beach!! Only this trip included my 3 cousins, my 10 year old brother, my best friend Olivia, my mother, and my grandmother! Talk about a full car! We made record time and spent record money! We got to Edisto in 2 hours and 30 minuets. But we stoped for "breakfast" at 8:00 in the morning and spent $37 at Krystals because all the boys "secretly" ordered chili cheese fries! So overall the trip was fun, and gave me ENDLESS stories and memories! But what I am really excited about is the upcoming 4th of July weekend! I look forward to this all year! I cant wait for hanging out with my crazy family at our lake house! Last year my friend Olivia came with us and she absolutly loved it! So I invited her again this year! It was all we talked about all year! But I just recently recieved the HORRIBLE news that she will not be able to make it! I was so disappointed! But then I got to thinking about it, and I'm going to have the best time with my family whether my best friend is there or not! So its okay! I'm still looking forward to a "bang-up" weekend! I'm sure I will report back to you with CRAZY stories next week!
